ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

This Privacy Policy and its entirety was composed by Wildwood Rose Furnishing Co. All rules and regulations are intended for professional and business purposes only. Duplication of this policy shall not be completed without expressed written consent of Wildwood Rose Furnishing Co.

PRIVACY STATEMENT 

At Wildwood Rose, I care deeply about your privacy. I am fully committed to transparency and being upfront and center regarding our privacy practice. This includes all information provided to me, such as names, addresses, phone numbers including user names on Venmo, PayPal and CashApp platforms. Any or all information provided will be used solely for business and professional purposes. Custom pieces are created by agreement with the furniture owner.

Wildwood Rose will take proper care of the furnishing(s) while in possession for restoration. While Wildwood Rose does stage, photograph and post products for the shop and social media platforms, this DOES include customizations. This is for the sole purpose of building Wildwood Rose's professional portfolio to visually show my skillset and show what my business offers. However, Wildwood Rose will not photograph or publicize custom items upon request of the client.

Wildwood Rose also requires all waivers, agreements and/ or deposits at the time Wildwood Rose takes possession of the furnishing piece from the rightful owner to our shop. Unsigned waivers, agreements and unpaid deposits will result in Wildwood Rose's withdrawal from completing the piece.

BOOKING FEES

To book and secure your scheduled booking with Wildwood Rose, a $50 non refundable booking fee will apply at the time of scheduling. Fees must be paid via Cash or Zelle.

PRICING ESTIMATES

All pricing estimates for full refinishing are calculated on a $30 hourly rate. Estimates are based solely on time and labor for repairing, prepping, painting and restoring, staging, photography and posting to our virtual portfolio of the finished product. Drive times will also be included if pickup and delivery are opted for by the client. 

Product Pricing and Custom Services are subject to change without notice. Price increases are factor dependent on sizing, time and labor for more intensive creative freedom or customizations. DEPOSITS

Deposits for customization must be paid and is set in the amount of $250 USD. Deposits must be made via Cash or Zelle. The remaining balance is due at the time of the pickup or delivery exchange returning the furnishing(s) to the rightful owner. Customer will drop off and pick up their furniture from Wildwood Rose, unless pickup and delivery* has been arranged with Wildwood Rose.

Deposits will be used for cost coverage for any and all supplies that may be needed for proper restoration and conditioning of the piece. Deposit coverage is also used for any and all supplies for needed repairs, if applicable.

PICKUPS & DELIVERIES

Pickup and Delivery fees will apply. Complimentary delivery is offered to clients residing within 5 Miles of Wildwood Rose, located in Aloha, OR. Delivery fees are calculated on a $30 hourly rate for the commute to and from the delivery destination. 

CARE INSTRUCTION

Once furniture has been in customer's repossession for 24+ hours, Wildwood Rose is not liable for any new damages, scratches or issues that may occur after the furnishing has left our shop.

Client understands that paint, stain, wax or any clear coat used will all take up to 30 days to fully cure to the piece. During the initial 30 Days, extra precaution is necessary and needed to maintain the proper curing of their piece and prolong the life of the paint and products used. However, even after such time has passed, it is still good practice to continue using extra precaution to maintain and care for your piece. All harsh chemicals and abrasives should not be used for cleaning. Mats or coasters should always be used.
